This piece is hand-felted using 100% merino wool roving. It has been sculpted to fit over a standard wine bottle and transform it into a beautiful vessel that can hold fresh flowers or a hand-felted wool flower. 

It has also been shaped to stand on its own if you desire it to serve a more sculptural purpose. The texture of the wool lends warmth to any surface it is placed on, and the multi-coloured stripes give each one a unique personality. You may choose to display it with both stripes showing, or only one.  

Each one measures 14-15” tall and about 3 1/2” wide at the bottom. It fits over a standard sized wine bottle.

*note : if you would like to place a felted flower in the wine bottle you place this cone on, make sure the bottle is thoroughly dry so you don’t damage the paper wrapped stem and cause it to unravel.  The cone can hold 1-2 felted Fleurs on its’ own if placed indoors in a spot where it won’t experience high winds.
